During his tenure as Chair, he oversaw the department’s exceptional growth, resulting in an increase in research funding from 23 million to approximately 45 million, as well as the founding of three university-wide interdisciplinary institutes.\u003C/p>\u003Cp style=\"margin-left:0px;text-align:justify;\">Throughout his career, Srinivas has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers and is the inventor of ten patents.
